aiwana island quest not available even with prerequisite quest unlocked (ealyn’s gift)

How did you finish the Perfect Getaway? Like where do you write the story? I’ve done all other parts. Been all over the place looking for the marker. Been back to Arthetine, back to Peyto…and can’t find the write the story part. Smdh…am I just blind? 0.o. lol. Please help!

Had the same problem. Check your other characters because they may have accepted the quest. It was on my first character.
cant find it either i litterly did all quest in stern area (and around) and i CANT find this quest.

Figured it out. I had to take the quest out of the quest list using my journal. Just uncheck it.
Then i relogged onto game, put the quest back into my quest list (where they are on the right side of screen) and F5 showed up on the quest. Hit F5…writes the article. Done. Not sure why the F5 was not showing up before.
Thanks to @celticdreaming00’s comment, I have futher figured out the dilema. I have another quest in my journal that requres F5 (A nose for news). Simply uncheck that quest from your journal or any quest that requires the use of F5. No need to restart.
Once done, you can press F5 and complete the quest (even though there is no prompt to press F5)
I’m also not able to acquire the quest. All prerequisites are met. Im at punika right now, so I definitely have finished vern and am 50+. Whats the deal?
That was directed towards the issue they had during the quest. I don’t even have the quest yet
any solution? I have completed the Ealyn’s gift but Anteri doesn’t have any quests
