Also, when a CM says that we cant bring artist faster, or when they say we cant implement server merges yet, people just can’t take no for an answer. They start hating literally on every single post, making even more assumptions

Like they dont even know that SG is responsible for 80% of the issues.
You spend hours literally every day on these forums posting nonsense like; “it’s just a game” “are you ok?” “How can you let a game impact your life?”.

You’re right, but the reason for this is because Amazon’s communication is worse than that of a toddler. It’s quite clear when a toddler is hungry, but with AGs they only step on the bottle and look at your with a hungry expression you’re unable to discern. It’s no wonder people form conspiracies or hypotheses to try to understand what they are doing and why.
The thing is, there is concrete proof that this is not true. The issue is the way in which the CMs communicate and not what they say. AGs is, in fact, able to bring Artist to the west faster. The correct way to communicate that statement would be to clarify that they are not willing to do so due to their reasons. If I were to say I am not “able” to jump off a ladder when I am as opposed to saying I won’t because I’m afraid, there is every reason to deny my statement as it’s inaccurate.
See this is an assumption. We are Assuming that Smilegate is giving all the required information and Amazon is just not doing their job properly. Do we know if it’s the other way around?

In what way is this an assumption? There is no information required from Smilegate RPG for AGs to communicate with it’s demographic. Stop spouting falsehoods.
What proof do you have to state this when it falls within the responsibilities of the publisher?
How so? How can AGS know what we are exactly getting if Smilegate dsnt inform them beforehand on exactly what our future patches will have and what they will look like.

Communication does not entail only patch notes and on that front, AGs is doing perfectly fine providing patch notes within 24hrs of the patch, just as SGR does.
Can you elaborate on that? How is this an accurate response to my question and what proof do you have to solidify that opinion?
Are you aware that alteration of textures for AGs’ version of the game(censorship) falls within the category of content that is included within “Development Schedules”?

Amazon can request Smilegate to perform the Censoring work and that might take some time, but it stil is on Smilegates part to do it.
And dont tell me that Amazon could just let artist be as it is, this is just another assumption, we dont really know what might be blocking their path.

I can’t provide accurate responses to what you’ve written here as it’s all your opinions, assumptions and hypotheses based on minimal information and speculation. Any response I could provide would be more inaccurate than what you’ve stated as it would be conjecture based on non factual information.
It’s pointless to argue over things that neither party are aware of, but what I stated initially falls within the rights and responsibilities of a publisher and no information from SGR is required for AGs to communicate about what they are doing or to communicate in general with their
Lost Ark community so I stand by my statements.
All of my statements have been supported by Roxx’s claims over the past months.
Regardig the DC issues, Smilegate devs are working with EAC devs to fix them. The issue does not regard the stability of the servers (which is AGS’s responsibility).
Regarding Censorship, a publisher can provide insights on how specific things should be altered to better match the profile of the region they are providing their services on (i.e. more f2p version, not havgin Yohz’s jar, more f2p Crystaline aura, etc).
Amazon can suggest, it’s up to smilegate to say the big yes or the big no. This is what a publisher does by the way. Roxx has never said that as publishers they do developer work.
