I hate the fact that bots are spamming in the chat and I understand that’s being taken care of but bots even write me messages in whispers… even if I don’t write in the general chat.

I request you to kindly report them so that our moderators check the details and take the necessary actions.
Here is how to report a player-
Report a Player or Guild In-Game
Note: To report a guild, report a player in the guild and state you’re reporting the guild.
To report a player or guild:
- Press CTRL + Right Mouse Button (RMB) on either a player, or a player’s name in chat.
- Select Report, then select a reason.
- Provide the player’s character name, details of the incident, and include screenshots when applicable. For guild reports, make sure to include the guild name.
To report a player or guild outside the game, file a web ticket.
Make sure to include the following:
- The name of the player you’re reporting. If reporting a guild, include the guild name and make sure to say you’re reporting the guild.
- A description of the violation by either the player or the guild.
- The server name where the violation occurred.
