I am now in punika and I still cant find a way to get to my stronghold as I dont have any means of getting the stronghold song
move this to support section. there might be some CS active
I cant make a thread there as it says its locked. Any supports out there who can help me with this major bug

him or thrian. can’t remember exactly. have you tried to go in trixion to beatrice? she usually have some quests over there if you knowledge transfer or powerpass that gives you things like songs, 1x island soul, and others
yes nothing in trixion too. i was hopings its gonna be like the 2nd awakening quest. I think this happened because i pushed this char to t3 by brute honing. then my powerpass is stuck in another server

It is my first character above level 10. I brute forced it to tier 3 by buying honing mats and shards and I also finished the punika quest(unfortunately it bugged too as the punika power pass is stuck on my other server). Now I want to boost up my roster by using knowledge transfers but when I pressed f2 it says I haven’t learned the song yet. When I went to the npc that gives it it’s not in luterra castle. So how can I get this song or am I stuck as a hobo now doomed to wander the streets of arkesia since I can’t buy a house.

I believe the stronghold is given to the player at the end of the “luterra” continent story line, so unless theres another way you may need to go back to luterra and do the entire leveling story that would normally take you from 1-35ish

I am sorry to hear you are missing the Song of Hearth and Home. In order to get this one you will probably need to do quite a bit of back-tracking and complete several missions that lead to unlocking it.
I suggest starting out by locating the closest quest which would be a guide quest called “Clerk Theo’s Invitation” in which you have to “Go to Luterra Castle”
This will give you access to “Stronghold Ceremony” in which you need to
- Talk to Luterra Castle’s Royal Receptionist
- Talk to Luterra Castle’s Royal Receptionist outside the Palace.
Once completed you will have the final quest that gives you the song.
If none of these quests are showing up, you will have to back-track even further and complete the whole Luterra Castle quest line in order to unlock this.

Now if only there is a way for you guys to transfer my punika pass from one server to another. its still in my mail. powerpases shouldnt be automatically be given to the first roster you logged your character in

I am glad to hear that the back tracking worked for you. Unfortunately, regarding the Punika Power Pass and Power Passes in general, these cannot be transferred among servers.
I understand your point in regards to how these are given and suggest filing your thoughts on this in the Feedback section of the forums or you can also submit your valuable feedback by filing a web ticket here.
