The sad truth and how a 2600 hour player is giving up an quiting

@bmkerr963 lol i might be doing you a disservice cause at 2.6k hours you have issues and just quitting, maybe charge back and getting help would be healthier.

To get unbanned get the better business bureau involved: File a Complaint | Consumer Complaints | Better Business Bureau®

If you’re innocent youll get unbanned

But I advise you to not keep playing at the same rate. It’s not healthy.

Ya i have one floating out there as it was one of the things i tried.
Ofc all this stuff takes weeks or months worth of time.

A case in my guild took about 1 month for bbb to solve the issue. I have not used it recently so idk if you can escalate it.

You know that being banned is not having access to your account right??

=))

The only question here is DID HE REALLY NEVER EVER DID EVEN ONCE OR SMALL AMOUNT OF RMT FROM A 3rd PARTY?

OP never said that he didn’t but posted all this “evidence and proof” of him being LEGIT. But still, if he did used to BUY gold from a 3rd PARTY, he deserves this BAN.

This is shameful on Amazon’s part. I too have been a victim of receiving huge amounts on the AH and have been warned for these transactions as well as them stealing the amount of gold from my account. What they are really doing is stealing peoples hard invested money/time in the game instead of addressing the real issues. If they want to keep what’s left of their player base then they better start eliminating the BOT accounts.

You illegally rmt’d and got banned.

What you are telling the forums is you are an angel. But in reality you got caught cheating.

Really do you have proof? because i dont see any. Funny how ive provided all the evidence to show what happened and explained how everything came about, but yet you go oh you RMT so you banned for that. AGS has an amazing track record of not issuing automated banns in the only other game they managed that is basically on life support at this point. you honestly think someone reviewed this case with all the evidence ive provided and said yea that was RMT. Do you really think amazon collects data at all about anything you do in game? I asked for my GDPR data an it was 40kbs, ive played 2600 hours an they gathered 40kbs of data in that time and all of it was related to cash shop purchases and steam stuff. Keep on being delusional and once you get flagged for something stupid, dont say i didnt warn you.

step 1 : RMT

step 2 : start a business with that gold

step 3 : look at all that “legit” money I’m making

step 4 : get ban and whine about it.

I quit playing Lost Ark a couple of months ago. I had logged about 1000 hours or so before leaving.

I have no idea if this guy is guilty or not, but I will say this, false positives are very real. I went through almost a weeks worth of back and forth with their customer service team after getting banned before they realized that they had made an error. It took repeated submissions in order for me to get any action whatsoever, and had I been less persistant I would’ve been screwed.

Once I had someone who would actually talk to me, the process for getting the issue rectified was even more abysmal. I received either copy/paste replies that had no bearing on the questions I was asking, OR replies from a human that were so poorly written that I could hardly decipher them.

At the end of the day I was unbanned, however somehow during the process they ended up attaching me to their internal customer support mail aliases. As a result I started receiving other peoples issues in my personal inbox (with some of the inquiries regarding New World :p).

The game itself was decent, but after that incident I simply did not feel like it was worth the risk to keep investing my time in the game given that there was a chance I would have to go through that kind of debacle again.

Until they (provably) invest more in their support staff and the underlying systems they use to address customer complaints the game (and any future titles from Amazon) are not a risk I’m willing to take.

My point exactly, i will be un-banned in about 6 months, unless its miraculously is removed along the way. but why would i want to play knowing this could happen again, Why would i even want to invest into making my characters look good with new skins and support the game, knowing i can have it all taken away and put though the worst possible expierence ive had with a video game, I dont even think being hacked in runescape and having my bank cleaned while knowing there isnt anything i could do about that comes even close to this issue and dealing with what seems like a automated response generated if my appeal includes a key word like RMT or False ban.

its suspicious how u got to that much gold in the first place

gambling lvl 10 gems, right right right

Ever heard of bus driving? I been selling vykas hard bus’s since week 2 and lots of argos 2x6, valtan when it was decent money. its not hard to make 100-150k a week in raw gold from bus with a nice roster. Point is, the reason i was flagged was due to gems, and the report the supplied added to the gems, the data provided in my GDPR proved nothing about be reciving gold from RMT sellers. So either they are hiding the data or they dont have any. going by their track record with new world and how so many people have been falsely banned and most the negative steam reviews are about being banned and how awful the CS and appeal system is. and based on my evidence of what i was doing, its very clear why i got banned. and the only reason i remain banned after the ban got lifted, is because their system is garbage, their appeal system is garbage, and they are going to kill the game and all thats gonna be left is maybe 2-3 f2p players and 100k fgdhshshhjjs.

did u actually have like 6 million gold of gems? or was it just sum of total transactions?

It was the total transactions.
You can see in the ban i have 42k gold lol.
which was when i sold a 100k CD gem and spent like 60k getting my level 7s back, i had 2 level 10 damage listed that was fresh rolled the previous day, but they didnt sell yet. I got banned and when i got unbanned i logged in, my level 10 damage gems had sold and the 100k gold from the previous gem was included in the report giving me a total of 690k in total sales after the un-ban which - the 5% tax means i received 655.400g from this sale, now my gems was listed at like 270k or 280k bid so the intial deposit was 1-2k extra off the sale at the end thats why the gold amount they sent me in the ban reason = 653,400g I noticed how strange these amounts was and how the flag also did not add in my 21k t3 ring that sold the same time as the gems.

So they was only flagging gem sales and ignoring accessories.
Now my gems was cheapest on the market, so there is a very very good chance RMT gold was being used to purchase them. but thats not really my fault as you dont pick an choose who buys your stuff off the market.

it’s so crazy that they banned u for selling your own items man, I hope that u will get your justice

I just wonder if you collected all the gold at once after they sold (in 24h period getting like 5mil gold) or you kept on collecting over the days as they were selling 1 by 1?

Oh look i found (RMT amount) gold randomly or “someome” bought my t2 gem for (RMT amount)

Lets use that gold to buy lvl9 gems and roll for lvl 10 gems

Good now lets sell those

Oh got banned

Hey forum they banned me for selling the lvl10 gems i craftet…

ya the amount was from transactions done over the week, as id roll damage or 2 cdr wait for them to sell an then roll again, this is why the total transactions added up to a lot but the net gain was not that much.

I was hoping to get my market history for more proof, but the GDPR data report contained literally nothing lol.
