2600 hours is an insane amount of time. I’d say they did you a favor and cured you of an addiction. Seeing how you’ve additionally spent $2,000 I’d also say that they freed you of a gambling addiction. It’s just not normal to spend so much time and money on a game that will be dead in a few months or years.
Go out, enjoy the sun, talk to people, have a Coke or a beer and move on. Should’ve known better than trusting this company with your time and money.

I meant giving up on the appeal, its a grueling process and honestly, I wish anyone luck who wants to try an stick out this game while its being managed like this. I pray you dont meet the same fate and have to deal with waiting 3 days with 2600 hours of your time on the line to get a automated copy pasta reply.

honestly even this thread seems meaningless
the cm here is literally one of the worst cms ive seen by far
they dont even play at legion raids lvl to understand and get more perspectives regarding our struggle and pain points as end game players
all they do is literally just passing along the devs/mgt team’s decision and they tried so hard to not get blamed by the devs/mgt’s decision, how they communicate doesnt even feel like theyre a team and shows how poorly their internal communication has been

What are you even blabbering about. Attacking the CMs for what? Everyone does things differently and plays the game differently. You don’t have to play certain aspects of the game to understand how the players feel, its call empathy. Being able to put yourself in the place of another, give it a try. How would you like if someone came along and said you were the worst fry cook? Wouldn’t feel good would it?
Dont forget to charge back the gold you bought from RMT sites also

at first i didnt want anyone to go through the shit i went through with AGS “support”…
but some of these responses … it will be a good day when this happens to you.

it went from RMT to toxic behavior then back to RMT then someone tossed in botting (i guess for diversity) then back to RMT and today its toxic again… and i still challenge them to produce a single piece of evidence to any of it.
then we get these people who are happy we got banned with no proof…
good god it will be so freakin funny when some of you get hit with the false bans.

How did you get the gold to gamble gems?
Assuming you do buses, you had to invest in 5x3 which is not cheap. 1month ago prices were still crazy to gear your characters and bus well.
Yet you said you bused for a long time. That means you got huge gold,but from where? Accs and grudge and everything is around 500k:)) without or with just few buses thats 70-80k per week. You had to spend so much gold to even start gaining so much gold…
Your story stinks. I wish im wrong, but theres something fishy with ur story. I know all the tricks and i play 10h/day, yet i barely could finish main and gamble one lv10 +buy one dmg lv10

Notice how that person made a post complaining about almost the exact same thing with the whole “being falsely banned for RMT” situation(Bussing / Selling multiple BIS items on AH Confirmed ban-able), yet here they are telling someone else, who have been falsely banned, that no one will “miss” him. Pretty ironic and hypocritical if you ask me. It just seems to me they’re either trolling or was lazy and didn’t bother to read OP’s entire post and went with the stupid “goodbye no one will miss you” trend.

This post from Roxx kinda confirms what OP says: Roxx claims that reviewed cases were “confirmed RMT”.
Well RMT actually can’t be confirmed unless AGS would have the ability to look into a players bank account and see that he payed an goldseller.
The so called confirmed cases are in fact assumpitons based on very obvious game logs. So if player X got traded or mailed a very high amount of money by the player called Xshadfssjgf it’s quite obvious, but still an assumption and not waterproof evidence.
Same applies if you are recieving a high amount of gold for a worthless item you put on the AH and even more if said worthless item was also bought from Jashdbdgnkcie.
OP’s case is quite different as he showed all the lvl 10 gems he sold.
And AGS has provided him with the data they have gathered about his account. And as long as they don’t have evidence that he got all his lvl 10 gems traded/gifted for free by a suspicious player there is no evidence he participate in RMT.
And if they got the data why not give it to him but useless logs of the ingame mails he wrote or recieved?

To have the power to do that you either need to invest big $ or grow your full roster to 1460+

In what world do you gain so much gold and so fast, that you can gamble 15lv 10 gems in few days?
I dont defend AGS, but this player is sus! And i will say it again,he didnt bring any proofs here, only ss with the support, some ss with huge amount of gems, and the “believe me i didnt rmt” and “ags banned me for no reason”.
