Don’t get me wrong, the skins are cool and I don’t mind spending some $$$ for a game I like… but buying a whole $25 skin for ONE character only is wild, and even then there’s four choices to choose from color-wise.
And to top it off you slapped it with a April FOMO sticker too. It’s predatory. Even in WoW, which is peak scummy, you pay the $20 for the celestial outfit and its account bound on all classes. Sure, apples and oranges yeah, but you can’t deny it’s kinda anti-consumer to have zero account bound stuff in this kind of game.
I guess I just wish there was more account bound stuff, or some super-Omen-pack that you’d buy for $100 that has all the colors for all the classes.
This is literally how it works in other regions. The only difference is that it isnt dyeable I guess.
I would say 20-25$ is pretty standard for these kind of costumes.
I don’t mind spending $20-25 on an outfit. Where it’s a little bit of a bummer for me (and mind you, it won’t ultimately stop me from getting some) is they don’t have a wardrobe. I think you should be able to buy the little red outfit, and ‘everyone’, regardless of class, should be able to use it from a wardrobe. More like GW2 (as a point of reference; not a “MAKE GEMA LEKI GW2 OR I QIUT!” statement).
As it stands, what I’ll most likely do is get each character one thing I really like for that class, and then whoever I land on as my ‘main’ (right now, leaning towards my Sorceress) will get more things. And if I’m honest, I bought a lot of outfits in GW2 over nearly 10 years now, and maybe wear 3-5 of them with any regularity?
Ultimately it depends on the people and how much fun I’m having playing. If those are favorable, I end up spending more and don’t think much of it.
Lol i notice when we complain about certain things we get told this is not RU or KR. When we complain about others we are told its the same way in RU or KR .
The skins are roster wide, you can equip it to any of the same class in your roster, for example you can equip 1 skin to your Scrapper, Wardancer, Lance master, Soulfist.
have amazon confirmed this is FOMO ? some ppl telling me it is. some telling me will come again its rotational like KR version? it there anyone from amazon that can confirm this will only be for month of April and never again. I would love to buy them… but having to buy them all in one month… that’s insane… well at least for me.
