The support is a joke and that's where Lost Ark EU/NA will finaly fail

As we all know from the past, Amazon always manages to completely ruin games with their decisions.

Lost Ark is basically a good game, but behind a good game there should also be a reasonable management.
Everything you experience at Amazon Games is always pure chaos and they are no longer master of the situation.

If you see posts about support here in the forum alone or take your own cases from yourself or acquaintances, you always get an answer in the end.
“I’m sorry we can not do anything”.

The people are constantly forced to accept every problem and every error and remain partially sit on costs.

The sad thing is that Amazon actually just pays people to sit in a live chat and tell people the same thing all day. (And sometimes very unprofessionally, as I have already experienced).
Then you could also save the money for the employees and prepare for the paying customers times a proper compensation.

generally also in the forum under bugs and error messages you get the feeling that everything seems to be completely indifferent or they are already totally overwhelmed there.

In now almost 20 years of online gaming I have not experienced something like here at Amazon games.
And I think it’s a shame how they treat their customers and how they don’t seem to care.
Unfortunately, you have to admit that Amazon is ONLY a profit-oriented company and everything around it seems completely indifferent to them.

That quite a few thousands of users are simply frustrated and many are thinking about finally stopping or have already done so plays absolutely no role in their minds as long as it does not yield a profit.

I for one give up hoping for anything here,
actually, they might as well close the forum and support, since it only costs people time and nerves anyway.

i’m just disappointed.
