Yes and? that extra month will give more time for people who are a bit more casual to catch up. I dont understand how that is even bad.

The more time it takes for a new raid to release the more prepared your roster will be.

I have a +17 brel piece on both after a week. In 8 weeks I will easily have 6 pieces at +17. Worst case 9 or 10 due to losing a week to christmas and new years.
That puts me at 1550 btw. So how do i not get there?

You still didn’t read my post. We fall behind schedule more and more. We already fell 1 motnh behind waiting for clown and 2 weeks for vykas. We sped up a few weeks getting argos too early but are still behind in schedule.
Now we fall behind another month compared to RU and JP and 2 compared to KR. That’s not how we catch up in content.
3-4 pretty active and the other 3 only do raids and chaos on rest. So all in all 6.5, i threw away GL for summoner, which is at 1509.16. Summoner was supposed to be my main but got shafted for sorc by AGS
and i am telling you. HOW IS THAT BAD? we are are getting thigns faster, someone posted a time line of when RU got content.

You got anything that validates this? From T3 onward except for argos we got everything on time or slower so far. How are we getting things faster? The only things we got faster were characters and argos. And since characters are not content and should have all been there at release I can’t see this timeline you speak of existing.
I really don’t care about the class, but they are holding Artist hostage until April and there are fools still defending them, LOL. A lot of people have been waiting for that class since RELEASE.

At least one person in this thread is using their brain. You are completely right here. The characters should have been there at release.
Roadmap is actually not that bad, more like people are sick of D/c, bots issue, repetitive content but still try to push themself because of invested time and upcoming contents, now Brel is out and next big one is 4 months a head, they just dont feels like to continue. People taking break from a MMO is ver common, but for LA idk, like you are graduated and dont have to deal with loads of homework anymore, not sure if you want to come back and do it again
the road map is bad precisely b/c we are doing the same raid for 8 months.
Most MMOs including KR MMOs, if they are archaic enough to still make 2 versions of the raid, release the nm/hm at same time. Allows the player to choose which version of raid he or she prefers. Player Choice. The casuals flock to NM to get the experience. The hardcore gamers skip straight to HM to get BiS gear. LOA is forcing both casuals and hardcore players to do both raids and milking Brel for 8 months which is beyond bad. The differences between the HM and NM in LOA raids are almost nonexistent and you can practice the HM mechanics in NM right now for all Legion Raids. For example in Brel Gate 2:

NM when the 3 triangle mech starts at 135 bars, you can either blow them up with the orange orb or you can walk around the entire time and wait till the mechanic phases out no wipe.

In HM you have to blow them up else wipe.
Big fucking difference. Most are playing Brel NM as if its HM right now. Add to the fact many DPS are 5x3, max tripods, buffs, we are all overgeared for Brel. So the Experience between the two raids will be hardly noticed. What they should’ve done was release Brel HM now, scrap NM, and April release would be Akkan. The Brel gear is just filler go straight to Ancient. Instead they decided to Milk us for 8 months in a game where even in KR most players only have 2 units at Brel HM G5-6>Akkan.
Unless the devs reduce the cost to gear alts considerably, NA region is going to die off Quickly starting February due to drought. Right now in Global, to hone up to 1540 reqs over 2million gold per alt if he/she is 1445 or 1460. Going from 1490-1520 alone is over 1million shards and easy 1.2 million gold. Its flat out ridiculous and the grind from 1520-1560 is WORSE. A roster of just 2 1490s does not make that grind feasible we talking nolife territory playing everyday or swipe.
I’ve only done G1 and G2 Brel. G3 looks doable but Im getting tired of learning so much so fast lol. Whatever gate it is where the shape in the center doesnt move looks fun. Brel, overall, is fun. Clown nearly killed my desire to play the game simply because I have had the worst time finding groups and still haven’t completed +2 set, no where close, and Im being gatekept often from groups now.
The announcement of no new raids or content until April is a good thing for someone like me. I can catch up, gear alts, get my roster up. Explore horizontal…etc. Slow down, breathe, enjoy other aspects of the game. However, sad to hear about artist, I get it.
I just bought some skins today so obviously Im going to stick around for another month or two at least, but we’ll see where my roster is at that point and my desire to just raid.

but understand you will be a month behind whales/ no lifers. Eventually, you too will reach end point.
What many new people here don’t understand about KR P2W games, is that devs take breaks.
I mean loooooooooooooooooong breaks. Akkan took 9 months for them to make. West isn’t going to wait that long. So if you decide to stick around during those content drought periods you will catch up, but game will have less less players kinda like what happened to Tera. Ultimately what people are wrestling with is if its worth it to commit 1 year of your life to a game on a downward spiral? Nobody likes to play an unpopular dead game aka Tera, but at same time do you have faith the sinking ship will rebound? Many are negative because the game does a piss poor job of retaining and attracting new players due to the P2W game design. Its not implemented properly for a western Audience.
The alt system should be eradicated, the x2 chaos grind should be reduced to 1, character bound mats tradeable, and the game should allow you to play 1 class progress comfortably. Until those western and modern game designs are implemented into the game, I find it hard to see this ship turn around.
No guardians are fun. I dont enjoy a single one… the more “required” battle items the worse they are though. Such a dumb system.
The frustration towards the class release cadence I understand, but I’ll for dragging out the raid releases. Getting to Brel normal was stressful for me like every previous raid release, and having 4 months to farm gold and actually get to gear my alts is a nice breath of fresh air.
KR waits way more for new content why so many ppl crying the only bad thing was artist release

Because we got boosted pretty hard at the beginning. Our honing was easier, content was released very fast, so people got used to it.
Notice, that people in here always demands something for free.
They want to catch up to KR, but when we eventually will, they will be complaining “why is there no new content, do i have to do Akkan for 4months?”.
Bet if we had access to 1600+ gear many EUNA players would be at way higher ilvl than KR players are at. People paid their way to 1575 1st month after relic gear came out, and are now complaining there is no content for them to play.
