The trade restriction(T3 mats, gems, trade skill mats) for 1370 roster level has created incentives for the botters to reach 1375. (I personally do believe it prevents some degree of those bots reaching the required level to sell those things, and it will slow them. )
But they aren’t leaving it there. They will then get cozy and start taking more Argos and Oreha busses. And unlike mats they were and still are farming and selling, this creates brand new gold into the economy. Give these couple of months and the new gold they have been pumping into the economy, should start to show in accessory and crystal price.
Or, we could be optimistic and hope these cause banwaves to be implemented more often.
To me, this is starting to feel like all these restrictions implemented over the nearly 1 year, have not really amounted to actually anything. Bots are effectively a persistent feature in the game. All the things done, they can counter. And they don’t seem to need weeks to go around restrictions.
And these guys, are ahead of the curve. They are express passed chars. I don’t even know what’s the idea. Sure, the botters would benefit from having some higher level chars to do carries and possible to hoard their stockpiles and such. But why would they create such chars with botnames? That had to consume a bit resources even with the express, I think. (several people spotted them here)
All of them were reflux, mass increase and grudge. One had forth level 3.
(I think these 1445 guys are a bit outlier. I don’t see what they could be doing. The class and battle engraving chests from bridge and Anguished are non-tradable )
I previously spotted same kind of reflux, grudge mass increase bots in boss rush party, with dictionary names. Those were also unusual as I’ve never seen them use dictionary names before. With some effort, these bots could blend in far easier.
