You don’t have to solve something that you don’t see kek. More seriously, CS answers about this issue are very heterogenous, I think there’s a lack of communication among the team itself with explains why we see such answers. yesterday anotehr CS confirmed that it was on their side for example
Feel sorry for you as I have the same problem, and they just closed the “French” topic filled with non french error inside as solved.
6 days ago the AGS technical told me it is a known issue by their side and that will be solved VERY SOON.
Now they are closing the topic like if it was nothing.
Very bad customer experience for me indeed ! Lack of respect, I wish I played this game as a F2P and never bought the pack to start the game early.
Nah a friend told me there is a message IG saying a fix will be applied in one hour for the “new” bug after today’s patch, but it is not the same error as the g0x9 anyway.
Unfortunately since 3rd march, it is happening in a lot of countries.
France, spain, us, london, norway etc but they keep saying it is a French issue with Orange.
I don’t ask them to resolve it right now, but to have some transparency with their customers…
And not to close a topic with an issue still pending.
This is not how a support should work.
