On last Saturday, around 4am, suddenly the system was updating. Since then, I was unable to get access to the Valtan. I heard you guys are working on giving access to those people who wasn’t be able to get into the Valtan. I just don’t want to be left behind.

Regarding your concern I’m sorry you’re currently having issues to access Valtan, currently this should be solved already, however if the issue still persist please let me know so we can help you correct this as soon as possible.

Basically you’re wasting your time talking to support staff.
Normally, if you get DCed from a raid, you lose your entry until the rest of the group gives up, and then you get a re-entry ticket (or you just lose it for the week if they keep going and clear 7man).
However, there’s an issue where if the whole group is DCed due to servers going down, you do not get a re-entry ticket unless they manually run the process, and none of the customer support people have any involvement with this. All they can do is tell you there’s nothing that can be done and it’s an automated black box system.
So far all we know is that @Roxx has some pull and actual influence to be able to get whoever has control of this to do their job and run the process, but they only did it for 1 maintenance so far so if you lost your entry to one of the other ~4 maintenance that have happened and caused this issue for hundreds to thousands of players, they basically don’t care about you and you can get bent.
Consider that when you think about spending money again.
