Last week, a bug caused many players to not be granted a re-entry ticket when disconnected by maintenance. Players are supposed to receive a re-entry ticket if disconnected when the group does not clear the instance
There was no warning this could happen in the maintenance message or announcements.
However, thankfully, @Roxx was able to confirm this issue, and had the team grant re-entry tickets to affected players.
Unfortunately, whoever did this only triggered the re-entry tickets for players disconnected by one of around 5 different maintenance that happened on Saturday.
Many players still do not have their re-entry tickets, I have counted over 100 individual players in one thread about this issue from last week. There are probably many, many more.
Re-entry tickets are gate-specific, and one use, so it’s not like there would be any risk of extra loot. And players granted the re-entry tickets for the one specific maintenance last week received 7 day tickets that they still have and can use this week (one guild member has one and confirmed this). So it seems like there’s no reason we shouldn’t still be able to have all the affected players get a fix for this issue.
@Roxx could we please get an update on the state of this issue? There has been no communication after the fix was deployed besides from support members who have been shown to not have accurate info about the issue, you are the only person that has had accurate info on the topic so far. It seems like there may have been a miscommunication with the team you had granting these tickets about what players were affected.
Even if the answer is that we will not be receiving the tickets, it would be good to actually hear that from someone who knows that it’s not possible (or just won’t be done) as all other sources have had conflicting info that was shown to be inaccurate.
