Hello, I am checking my ping on lost ark ping indicator and different resources but game feels like so laggy. Every skill i used just so delayed. It’s like playing on 300 ms but there is no lag or packet loss or anything. I think this is related to something else.

I’m so sorry that you feel the game laggy since you don’t have lag or packet loss.
Can you please try this troubleshooting steps for this issue.

If the issue continues once you have done the steps, please create a e-mail to our support team to help you further with this problem and create a ticket to the Devs team.
Please make sure to add the DxDiag through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
- Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
- Click on dxdiag.exe.
- When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
