This bullshit reply of āIām sorry for your inconvenienceā can be translated as I donāt give a single f about your problem.
I contacted support and they say to wait for 24 hours for the re-entry ticket to be issued, then now the reply say no entry is issued?
I doubt if the game will survive if these kind of irresponsible service is continued.
they said to wait for 24hrs, and then u come back tell u to wait for 48hrsā¦ this is just dumb.

PLEASE ADDRESS THIS FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING. Several people have not been able to experience valtan and enjoy the legion raid due to this this terrible bug in game, no re entry ticked are being sent out for anything LEGION RAID related. Please look into this @Roxx

Same thing happened to us around Saterday 4pm, 1 or 2 hours after first maintenance, Mari server went down without any notice and all of my teammate encountered a game crash, we lost our argos entry count when we log back, and still not recieve any ticket after around 40 hours.

any word on this? its a really bad feeling not being able to fight the new raid or get rewards due to bugs or lack of communication. Im not asking for anything but the reentry ticket.
Mari was also taken down after the maintenance with just a 60 seconds notice. Many of us either in Mari or with Mari teammates in their party were unable to exit Valtan in time because it was only 60 seconds (and it also only appeared as a single line in chat).
All support tells us is that we should get a reentry ticket issued but if we donāt, then too bad. And it has been nothing at all for more than a day by now. Almost 48 hours in a few hours.
I can understand the maintenances and server downtimes for NA West if things arenāt going well, but when we lose our Valtan run (especially the first week!) because of an emergency restart that was never communicated to anyone until 60 seconds before, it feels absolutely terrible as a player.
Itās a joke since many of us rushed to 1445+ or even 1460+ and we just lost a week for no reason other than playing at the āwrong timeā.

Exactly, how are we suppose to know our entry ticket will be consumed. Also I heard that even some people that werenāt even in the raid but in party got their ticket consumed. Its crazy that some people defending this bug. Read the forum and what people have experienced before you assume people want anything but fairness.

AGS is simply bad at game operation. I canāt express how disgusted I was to all the operation issues that this game had. It was a fun game, but not anymore. On what earth a maintenance will exhaust a dungeon entry. Are we still in the 1990s? And whats more funnier is that those who chose to rage quit their dungeons are getting a retry ticket but those who were genuinely dcād due to maintenance were meant to be locked out of their content. Are you actually ok? I just thought anyone with a proper brain wouldnāt make such decision. Just give the entry back. How hard is it?

I got disconnected in Valtan today, and could not relog in time, so I got kicked out because of disconnecting for too long. When I log back in to the game, it says that I finished the raid and did not refound my entry ticket! Are you guys serious? I didnāt even finish the raid , come on man. Iām so disappointing at this time. Because of the non-scheduled maintenance, our Valtan raid got pushed back again and again, and now I didnt even get a reentry ticket because of a dc.
Still no re entry ticket and its been 48 hours, sad that all these months of grind built up to being locked out the first week because of a maintenance for DANCE emote āhotfixā. No other MMO/rpg would lock you out for a maintenance especially when its one of the biggest content patches we have had in this game to date. Our group only had time to raid on Friday night, we pushed for kill until the servers went down. Not ONCE did we get notice that our group would be punished for pushing a boss until server maintenanceā¦ maybe do a maintenance on daily reset times instead of 3 hours before the daily routine reset? Like who thought that would be a good idea?

The biggest NA/EU Lost Ark content patch so far and hundreds/thousands of players lose their valtan entry ticket because they played at the wrong timeā¦
Nothing in the maintenance message about losing your entry ticket.
From what iāve read other regions have ways to deal with this happening but I guess ours doesnāt? Shouldnāt they have the same tools or capabilityā¦
No one is asking for an advantage, they just want to play the content theyāve been waiting months for and spent hundreds of hours pushing 1445 forā¦

Re-entrance tickets from SG/Amazon aside, how does that even make sense? Or am I misunderstanding the issue here?
Why the fuck would this situation eat your entrance if you havenāt claimed any rewards from the gate? Shouldnāt you just be able to re-enter? Wtf?
You are understanding the issue correctly. My group and I was sitting in the circle that you can change your equipment in talking in discord about when we would come back to finish phase 2 after trying for 3 hours that night. And we log in the next day for us all to be locked out.

and same system they proudly announced failed so miserably

We were given no warning or information with the in game message about our valtan entry being stripped from us.
