I’ve a feeling they just gonna be gone till next reset, and “Oh, hey weekly reset… U can beat valtan again!” and forgot about everything that happen this week lmao

Hot fix/maintenance on a friday/weekend (varies on timezone).
It’s a big red no no in software industry unless it was absolutely crucial to do so. -
Different responses from different people - it’s confusing and there was even an update around players getting their entry back upon disconnects. Based on different supports’ responses, it’s close to useless?

Doesn’t matter whether or not maintenance was announced hours before or not, it’s a moo point.
In no way it is mentioned that we’ll lose our entry count.
It’s very reasonable to think that we’ll keep the entry count unless we’ve been told otherwise. No matter what the cause of disconnect was.
You just simply cannot put that responsibility to players when it clearly hasn’t been communicated through. -
In game, clearly indicates that we haven’t got our reward for gate 2, and says we can attempt it until we claim that reward. So why is our entry count taken away from us?
I’m not going to blame you guys for pushing my main to 1490 for Valtan HM, it was my decision to do so because I was excited for the raid.
Sure as hell won’t be spending another dime in this game until reasonable conclusion is met.

Between this and the golden cloud nerf, I think I’ve learned that this publisher does not deserve any money from me anymore.
Hi CMs, don’t count on weekly reset to make this problem go away, come next week we expect an additional entry for Valtan, and this thread will not go away until this is fixed.

I mean by that logic what are the content creators doing that prevented them from having this issue? Theyre on high population and unstable servers too. Are you saying they just got lucky?
This was not caused by high pop or unstable servers, read the thread before defending this.
Yeah, I was on prior to this maintenance. There was a notification 2 hours prior to servers coming down on Friday evening. There was a scrolling notification where they normally place it near chat box for the whole time prior, even blue text showed up at 2 hours, 1 hour, 30 mins, etc prior to servers going down to fix a very large bug preventing players from honing.
Does it say anywhere on the notification that if you stay in raid or in party finder it consumes your entry ticket? No then please go back and read everything before you say some ignorant comments.

They are stalling for time. A delay until Thursday is a victory.

Where and when have we gotten any indication that it isn’t allowed to be inside a Legion Raid when maintenance shuts servers down. Why would we think that being inside the raid when the servers shut down would cause us to lose our weekly reset. How does that make any sense?
I mean you ban players who are doing that, not create a system that screws thousands of normal players. And even if it was the case it should have been stated clearly that if you are inside a raid when maintenance restarts the server than you are going to lose your reset.
