They can’t buy me Royal Crystal, every time I click on the buy button it will write to me Purchase Failted please does anyone know what’s wrong with it?

None of this works… fix it
This doesn’t fix it. I still have the same errors. Please fix because I’m also running out of Crystal soon.
They are ignoring us. I have been in live chat, sent in tickets, and the forums are silent. 3 days now. Fix it.

Please provide all the information requested on the web ticket form as well character name, server and world name you are and the link for this post.
