I thought it should be always the first opt. The skill tree can not be shared so it is reasonable that those mails should be sent to every character. At that time I thought amz did a good thing for this skill tree update. BUT I was wrong. AND it never occurred to me that they did a worse thing to be unfair. amz just made me laugh and angry.
