So this is the second time this has happened to me, I was playing the Rowen story on my main when I randomly got disconnected with a notice saying “This account is already logged in, continuous attempts may lead to account access restriction” or something along those lines. Yesterday was the first time it happened, after I selected a character and loaded into the game, I got the notice.

The first time it happened I immediately went onto steam and changed my password to a crazy one, so this happening a second time is a little confusing to me.

I should mention I already lost my first account for randomly being banned, basically for nothing, in the first ban wave a while ago for suspected “Cheating”. that account had over 500+ hours played. I appealed it to no avail. :confused:

I made a second account, cause my friends made me, and that was also banned but this time it didn’t give me a reason just “(Random Code): Banned”, that account had over 300+ hours played. I also appealed it but obviously, they don’t care. :confused:

And now these random disconnections with my current account, being already logged in, WHILE PLAYING! is starting to get to me…

Am I the only one getting this?
Any ways to solve this issue?
I’m at my wit’s end here…

I’m sorry for the delay in responding to your post and also with the worry of this issue with you account been disconnected and getting a message that you account is already logged in.

In this case please try to check the integrity of the games files in order to verify if there any corrupted file that is causing this problem.

Also you don’t have to worry about you account as long as you have the steam double verification and you are sure that you have you account information safe and you are been careful of suspicious links or e-mails.

If an any point you get ban or something like that with you account please reach out our appeal team so they can investigate the ban and verify if this apply or not.
