This may not work considering how broad the errors/disconnection issues are. As far as I know, there is a group of people who started having this error prior to the weekly maintenance on November 9th and a group of people who started since the maintenance. It may be worth a try.
My disconnecting started on Saturday November 5th till Tuesday November 8th.
Since the weekly maintenance on Wednesday November 9th, I have only had the errors/disconnecting on Thursday November 10th and 14th for about 2-3 times.
Prior to this and at this time, I have not had lag spikes, fps drops, unstable ping or packet loss that may have caused these errors.
Prior to this I have gone through several other troubleshooting some of which may have contributed such as:
- Flushing/renewing DNS
- Disabling Internet Protocol Version 6 (tcp/ipv6)
- Reinstalling Lost Ark/Clean Lost Ark installation
- Port Forwarding
- Updating video drivers
- Latest Windows update
The fix that worked for me:
Close Lost Ark and validate game files through steam
Download the latest EAC version. File size should be 1,110 KB
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Lost Ark\Binaries\Win64\EasyAntiCheat
Rename or delete the old “EasyAntiCheat_Setup” that is 793 KB.
Place the 1,110 KB file and rename it to “EasyAntiCheat_Setup”
Additionally you may want to replace the 793 KB file in C:\Program Files (x86)\EasyAntiCheat with the new 1,110 KB one.
DO NOT repair the game files and/or EAC again or you probably will have to redo these steps.

wow thank you… i was unable to get past character screen for 2 days and can finally play… no dc so far either.
nvm just got dc but looks like my other problem got fixed for now.

I see you are dealing with more than just errors and are experiencing bad latency and packet loss. My only other option was to buy a new router to see if it was that kind of connection issue. Because my router is ancient but still functional. I also tried to do a system restore point but this failed. If you have a recent restore point you might want to try this as I have noticed a couple of windows updates were released as of recent.
Also, have you tried disabling internet protocol?
I hope the next patch, I don’t have to use a VPN to play in the region I want in keeps forcing me into SA and I can’t select any other region and all the dcs, lag/freezes stop

Do i turn ipv6 back on after i steam check or leave it off? it is kinda recommended to keep both ipv4 and ipv6 on
I have ipv6 kept off as suggested by the mods of Lost Ark. ipv4 is on
I tried using Cloudflare WARP (VPN) to fix my disconnection issue but it would send me straight to SA region with no actual servers available There sure is something strange going on
sadly it doesnt work nothing works… im back to square one with barely get into character sometimes.
Did you already try to reinstall the game? A clean installation might help
Since I still see many people having disconnection problems, I hope to encourage people to try this method and see if it does anything.
