so a few weeks ago there was a crystaline aure problem where i thought its bugged and market wasn’t working so i spent 4400 amythest crystal to get only 14 days and after that when i logged out and back in it still dont work i talked to the support but still no answer
2nd i was having hard time in Kakul-saydon raid i reached Bingo phase and i was alive untill last Bingo phase when i died then game frooze then crashed it took 3 min to log back in just for me to respon inside the raid with all the part been there and me as MVP with no rewords at all for 3 min game crash and not even a Disconnection im so mad i want my reword this is time wasting please fix this game and these stupid bugs its sooooo unfair to me i have screenshots and proof

Thank you for sharing your concern here on Lost Ark Forums and we apologize for the issue you faced with the lost entry.
I can understand that you are disappointed with the bugs and this lost entry, and for such situations we have an automated system which provides re-entry ticket within 24-48 hours if found eligible.
For your information, we have a system that takes care of this type of situation to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that the player will be receiving a ticket. And also I’d like to let you know that there is no provision from our end to manually provide a entry ticket to any of the player.
