Those of us who bought the pass and skin should receive the box back

I bought the skin for blue crystals, then learned the pass skin was dyeable so I purchased the pass. Now, after opening the dyeable version they have made the blue crystal one dyeable (which is a good thing), however I’m now stuck with 2 versions of the same skin because Amazon didn’t initially make the blue crystal one dyeable.

Everyone stuck in this position should be given the selection chest back so that we can at least select a difference version of it/put it on a different character. It feels like we’re getting screwed over.

You don’t know I’m currently in this situation where I’m so pissed right now… Its all disaster. Make me want to quit just for the skin.

I think a lot of people don’t understand that AGS has to pass everything to Smilegate and Smilegate has to fix it and send it back. So they can’t do anything quick.
Next time just wait 1-2 days before spending unnecessary money.
You should also contact the support for a refund on that skin.

Even worse; I bought the pass thinking that the skin boxes was salable (in the case I didnt like it, or for whatever reason) and guess what?..

That’s unfortunate, but for me it was obviously a bug and only a matter of time to get fixed. Their communication on that matter is ofc really bad and I hope that it will get better.
But you should be glad that they put the skin in the shop. Many games would have left it as battle pass exclusive to get more money.

That’s true, I also don’t know why no CM stepped in to calm the people down and tell everyone that it will get fixed.

yeah.,that was my bad. it is roster bound tho at least so if you have same model/type of character you can switch it around :smiley:
