Quick update from my side, Live support now refuses to talk with anyone mentioning commerce bans and will quickly shut down the conversation.
If asked about appeals they now tell us that there is a huge backlog in tickets (That has not been there for the past 5 days) I have recieved another different ticket number from the previous number i got. My previous number started with D# the new current one starts with V#.
Any appeals sent were still replied to with the automated message we all have recieved.

On March 15th i got banned because of a Revoked product key (bought 3rd party website which has a very good reviews, so not me who issued the refund)

Roxx clearly stated, buying from 3rd party website with “good reviews” is still against ToS.
If you want to have a discussion about 3rd party keys that fine, but this is not the topic for that discussion.
This topic is made to help people who have their account locked or banned due to various reasons and still arent being helped.
Also, many mods have offered assistance to those who have bought keys from third-party websites with genuine intentions because their countries still block access to buying the keys either through steam or amazon. Demonizing the people who got banned by legitimately working through the channels available to them isn’t the right path here. The third party websites are to blame for asking for the refunds and scamming their customers.
yes, and i’m sorry, my fauilt, because i didn’t bought it from Steam or Amazon, but in my country buying from another site it’s a common thing. altough i learned my lesson, i would pay again for that revoked key if i got a chance.
Where support?
Its obvious that some CS/GM’s have seen these posts but just aren’t responding… I don’t even know what we’re supposed to do at this point, since all of us have appealed and gotten bot replies, all of us have made our own posts/threads, and now we have this one.
I’ve also tried contacting them via Twitter multiple times, and zero response, too.
I will just leave this here so you have at least some hope and will keep updating the document with the status of those on there, wether people are helped or still have issues.
It is nice to see some confirmation that someone with a commerce ban has had it removed. Thanks for the updates and leading the charge on this topic.
