i just noticed while sailing to anguished isle thunderwing was a 1460 with relic level Acessories. Does anyone know at what level you can start getting drops from him? Also at what level can you start actually dealing damage? I was able to deal damage to moake at like 1375 or something so maybe 1420?
no idea, guess we will find out when hes in game next month.
