You can join whatever faction you like, as long as it’s the blue one you wanted.
I wanted red, most of my friends are there, but luckly for me I am playing a well designed game and I can choose the faction I want, when I want it
Only thing you can do is wait, its programmed to only let people enter a faction that isnt full in order to not make it one sided. Once more people go blue you could go red.
So you expect, that you can just choose the Faction freely all the Time?
That would make the whole Pvp Event System on Rowen completely useless and unplayable.
Every Player would join into the same Faction, cause nobody wants to be in a Faction, which is almost empty.(Would make PvP not possible and the Weekly Quests for PvP Kills too).

no one in this game likes pvp anyways so who cares just let us choose lol
