Hello. I would like to ask for help for the Support section of Lost Ark. On Friday, 07/06/2022. I did Vykas with my team. Unfortunely, I got disconnected while we were doing Gate 3. My team havenot killed the boss. They just voted to out the raid. Then I reloged and rejoined my party. We started to go in again and I reached my entry count limit. Last week, I met a same problem but 5’ later there was a black ticket sented to my mail. This week, I havenot got any black ticket like that. Many people said that I must wait 48 hours. It has been nearly 48 hourly since Friday. I havenot received any black ticket yet. Please help.

I’m sorry to know you lost you ticket while doing Vykas in Lost Ark, I understand how frustrating this is.
In this case, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience.
