Ticket kakul-saydon please

Hey,
I still haven’t received my kakul ticket while all the members of my group already have theirs, PLEASE hurry up because if I receive it after 9 p.m. it’s useless

Sorry to hear you lost your entry to the Kakul-Saydon Legion Raid.

Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, this is managed by a system we have system that allows for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.

Usually if determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives, however we have received reports of players that did not receive their ticket in time even though their case met the criteria. Due to this, tickets have been sent to players that didn’t receive it originally and this was expected to take several hours, however, if you don’t receive your ticket in time before the weekly maintenance, please make sure to let us know so we can escalate this.

Hello I also lost my entry to the Kakul-Saydon Legion Raid gate 3. I went in the raid as a party leader and it failed to load me in but my party got in and took my entrance. The ticket was never mailed back to me. Will I get it back soon? How long do I have to wait for the ticket. It’s been serveral hours.

I’m sorry for the issue during the Kakul-Saydon Raid. As mentioned in the above post by @Fanduh, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually.

We have a system that takes care of this type of situations in order to provide the ticket back in very specific scenerios. we can’t guarantee that they will be receiving a ticket. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Please remember:

Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take upto 24-48 hours and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
