Ticket Status Regarding 09/25/22 Punika Pass Purchase

Hello!

I submitted a couple of tickets on Wednesday (the first received a confusing response from the customer service rep and a follow-up ticket included some details that I believe were requested). My ticket was specifically regarding my purchase of a Punika Pass from the cash shop on Sunday, 09/25/22.

To summarize here: It was made clear by Roxx and the Developer team that there would not be a free Punika Pass with the release of Machinist. With this information, I decided to purchase a Punika Pass for 5,500 Royal Crystals on 9/25/22. Not only was I surprised to learn that a free Punika Pass would be provided with the Machinist release, but I also felt misled by the previous information put out by the development team. Had I known or had the ability to assume that there was a chance of a free pass, I wouldn’t have purchased the pass from the cash shop three days prior to release and would have used the royal crystals elsewhere.

Any guidance on possible solutions would be great!

I am sorry to hear of your apparent confusion around free power pass availability and how you therefore made this mistake on your purchase but, unfortunately, the information given to you by Email support was correct: Lost Ark purchases are nonrefundable, including in-game purchases made through your Steam Wallet. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Whether or not a free pass became available months after the post you are quoting does not imply purchased passes would become refundable for this changing eventually.
