Prior to this post I had contact with the German Support twice, both times they were unable to either help with the situation or compensate for any losses due to this - in my opinion - not well implemented system.
The story behind this:
I wanted to do Vykas P1 on my second character in order to join guildmates later the day when they wanted to continue P2 and P3.
I joined a party for P1 but because it was so smooth, they wanted to continue. I declined the first procced. I was about to type my message, why I did not want to join P2 with them. I hit enter in the same second, the second procced request popped on.
Then I hit stop raid button… most probably already know where this was heading. I got held hostage.
After some attempts I swapped to another character.
Later that day, when my guildmates where ready, I swapped to the character again, only to find myself locked out of Vykas P2 and P3 because of exceeded entry count, eventho P2 and P3 are not stated as cleared in the window.
I get why one could argue about P2 being locked.
I do not get why I should get locked out of P3 at all.
The backlash of this is: I am missing out on 2.800 Gold, some Coventous Wings and other loot this week only. But due to the missing out on Wings, I will also be missing out on loot from hardmode next week. (Yes, I cleared it before multiple times, both on normal and on hard, yes my second character is ilvl 1460… please focus on the important stuff)
The Support was not able to do anything about the situation. I think there is some improvement needed to give the support the ability and necessary tools to help player in such a situation.

I’m sorry to know you had a situation in the middle of a Vykas run.
As you mentioned, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. Not The forum staff, neither live chat support have a way to manually re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, nor the rewards or items invested. The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side, excluding local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.

I did not know that this section was a active support section, I rather saw it as a feedback for support section. That is also what my post aimed at since I already learned that support cant help with this situation. Can you please move this post to the correct section?

Unfortunately, the group prob actually cleared it with just 7 man which is doable now since some time has passed since Vykas was released which prob explains why you didn’t get your ticket back.
You may have gotten your ticket if they didn’t clear the gates.
Also, you should get locked out of p3 if you don’t complete p2 first. I think it has always been like this. For example, a player should not be able to immediately choose which gate they want to start in. They should clear P1 then P2 then P3.
