"Tier3 growth support" unclear wording

Tier 3 Growth Support

  • Basic success rate increased by 20% (max. 20%) when honing Tier 3 item level 1302 gear from level 1 to 15.

  • Required honing XP reduced by 30% when honing Tier 3 item level 1302 gear from level 1 to 15.

  • Required honing breakthrough materials and cost reduced by 50% when honing Tier 3 item level 1302 gear from level 1 to 15.

  • Tier 3 honing costs decreased (30% Gold decrease and 50% gear XP decrease).

  • Increased honing success rate by 10%.

The first 3 points specify these changes only apply to Tier 3 item level 1302 gear from level 1 to 15.

The last 2 points have no clarification for what gear level they apply to?
Is it the same as the first 3 points? (1302 gear from level 1 to 15.)
Is it until ilvl 1415? (1340 base gear to +15)
Is it FOR ALL TIER 3 GEAR(up until relic +25???)

id assume 1370 tbh

It has to be either 1370 or 1415, but it makes no sense that the specification is there for 3 of the 5 bullet points and not the last 2.

Its definitely not for 1302 gear, as the first bullet point states 20% is the max. So a 10% on top of the 20% wouldn’t be very effective. The general wording would lead me to believe its all T3.

That’s what it looks like. There isn’t a mention of a cap like the other points have.

this is something that definitely needs clarification

also what does increased by 20% (max 20%) even mean? the stronghold buff also says increase base honing success rate by 10% (max 10%) as well. is there potential for the stronghold buff to override the basic honing success rate and just not apply the 20% etc. the english here is defnitely incredibly poorly worded.

Worst case u will find out in less than 24 hours. You shouldnt hone today either way

it clearly says :

Honing for t3 1302 1-15

15 is 1415

so all the buffs etc apply up untill 1415
how is this so hard for people to understand ???

because 1302 +15 is 1370

you must be argos p1 ilvl
because +15 is 1370 on 1302 gear
+15 on 1340 gear is 1415
better get to valtan normal ilvl first before looking down on ppl bro
