So I originally had the ‘Crystal Benefactor’ title, but when I logged on it vanished from above my character’s head and wasn’t in my ‘completed’ box when looking at my titles. Is this a glitch or did I press something I shouldn’t have? Also, if this has happened to anyone else, am I able to get it back?

Apply Crystalline Aura and it will return.
