Communicate better about stuff that is happening or about to happen.
Best example: Queues are twice as long since yesterday on EUC after the 2 hour server downtime. How come it wasn’t mentioned anywhere that you lower the server cap in favor of better matchmaking?
Again, communicate better. -
Close the server down so new characters can’t be created by players who do not have a single character on EUC yet.
This will MASSIVELY lower the queue. Not only will it be impossible for botter to take up server slots, but new players will straight up start to play on EUW. -
We need actual people from AGS ingame to monitor the area chat and manually ban gold advertisements as well as bots in front of mailboxes. Sure you are working on automation but automation will never be perfect. Bots are a problem right now, not when you are done with your filters etc.

Again, communication. We, the EUC community, would like to know what we can expect regarding queue times. The update that was posted not too long ago was a lot of talking with not much substance. It was basically just a fancy way of saying: “We have no way to do anything about the problems currently.”
Just tell us when we CAN expect something that will fix the problems regarding matchmaking and queue. Smilegate is clearly working on something and I don’t think it’s hard to figure out an ETA for the fix. Some people would probably move over to EUW if it takes too long, others might take a break from the game easing up queues for the ones who still want to play. -
We need European community managers. The European community outnumbers the American community and yet we don’t have proper community managers that are there to answer our questions or monitor the forum during peak EU times. Are you in the process of hiring or do you just not care? Again, communication is key.
the only was EUC will get better is by people quitting because AGS has treated the playerbase so poorly.
Also anyone who speaks out against Amazon have their posts removed. Basically were not allowed an opinion.
Well, we have to keep trying. It doesn’t matter how many times they delete posts. We have to stay strong as a community.
They don’t need special EU community managers. They would only tell you or not tell you the same stuff after they ran it through the team. I’m guessing the team is US based so it would wait anyway.

Find a way to give a HEAVY compensation to players switching servers. I have spent money on this game and 200 hours. I’m not loosing all of that for a watered down version of my founder pack. (If you’re trying to make a deal with someone, he has to believe he gets MORE than what he had, you’re offering less. That’s not going to work.)

Hire this person and call him when you need guidance, he got what you guys lack: Common sense.
Seriously, all of what you’ve mentioned is both free/cheap and would start solving things.
