Atualmente o suporte do jogo te recomenda uns passos para poder liberar sua conta para o trade, porem nao esta funcionando a ferramenta deles e nem mesmo eles sabem o que fazer, voce pode procurar por topicos referentes a Trusted Status aqui no forum e verá que sao muitos jogadores no mesmo barco que voce.
Currently the game support recommends you some steps to be able to free your account for the trade, however it is not working the beast and not even they know what to do, you can search for topics related to Trusted Status here in the forum and you will see that there are many players in the same boat as you.
