I understand what you’re saying though about bots, but discrediting things that show numbers isn’t fair when they won’t provide it either.

Community wanted things like:

T1/T2 Honing Fixes

PvP fixes

T3 Content updates

etc.

None of this was addressed and all of it was brushed off.

I don’t think it’s unfair that people are worried and quitting due to the fear of another AGS related title going spoiled a month or two in.

I just hope AGS comes through but it’s looking shaky after everything they ignored.

It’s okay to be frustrated at Amazon and SG for their lack of transparency involving the NA/EU Roadmap and Scene but taking it out on CM’s is only occurring because we’ve no other venue. The customer service for this game is absolutely atrocious.

People are so fire and brimstone with each other because anonymity allows us to behave as if we’re lacking consequences.

Imagine an entire content of players being told “thanks for your investment, by the way go suck an egg” which is essentially what Amazon has told EU players. EU players are plagued with issues and this game was immensely unprepared for the sheer volume of the global servers and most especially EU.

The entire CM staff + Amazon + SG have come together to thank the EU for their immense support by telling them “tough cookie, we will not replace your lost founders packs or compensate your PAID crystaline aura because our team is unprepared.”

I feel feel as if they were under prepared for the issues that releasing globally would incur; bots, RMT websites, et cetera.

I feel that people in unison are frustrated by the sheer fact that a game they love and shouldn’t need much more than copy and paste while sorting bugs should be good enough.

And even though people spent years up until release defending this game – I remember when the LostArkGame reddit was a freakin post a week or two. I remember when we put out the petition to sign for it to come over, man.

And what do you get? This.

We’re all humans and we all want the game to succeed. Asking for transparency, asking for not a bone but a proper investment plan for our time and efforts and money isn’t too little to ask for.

For Amazon and SG to revisit the compensation packages for EU, which they well deserve, to have people who can provide us proper answers in a timely manner.

And if they can’t, vote with your wallet. Stop paying for shit in the game. Stop playing the game. Go find other things to do.

There is neither anything to fix - except misconceptions of players like you - nor can ags do anything about it. This is not a game for the spoiled western gamers. it’s a game for those who actually wanted and liked eastern games and weren#t able to play them.

Please stop posting all over the forum YOUR definitions of good games. You’re just a disruptive element who doesn’t do anything else but this. You are not playing so you can’t progress. Forums is not playing.

I don’t either, I think it’s a legitimate fear and concern. The entities behind this are human though. They’re not AGS or SG. They’re living breathing individuals and humans, as we all know. are prone to error. My hope is that they learn from the feedback and move forward in a way that pleases most of the players.

and if not? I’ll chalk it up to a bad experience and simply move on.

Great but they havent actually addressed anything nor properly replied to any threads or customer concerns…Most CM replies are filler content on threads of little importance.

Did you see this? I think directly asking our thoughts to collect that data and forward it on is a pretty big deal.

If I was a mod on these forums I’d lose my job. There are so many stupid people on this forum. Legit crazy, fanatic, delusional, overreacting andies everywhere. It’s insane. Roxx and Shadowfox are legends for putting up with it.

You mean the same data they have that made them delay the road map because of “player progression data” but same data supported the release of a 1370 raid that even players without access to it knew was wrong…

I will do my best to share what I can with all of you and remain as transparent as possible.

Currently we hear the struggle of honing and were asked to prioritize gathering feedback on that topic. As you mentioned it IS alot of feedback and I’m thankful for it! So will take some time to get it all organized and to the people who need to see it.

Hopefully the people who need to see it arent the same people who decided to ignore a years worth of T3 content that came before argos that helped people get to argos. I dont really think marketing and accounts make good developers or content creators tbh.
