Great but they havent actually addressed anything nor properly replied to any threads or customer concerns…Most CM replies are filler content on threads of little importance.
If I was a mod on these forums I’d lose my job. There are so many stupid people on this forum. Legit crazy, fanatic, delusional, overreacting andies everywhere. It’s insane. Roxx and Shadowfox are legends for putting up with it.
You mean the same data they have that made them delay the road map because of “player progression data” but same data supported the release of a 1370 raid that even players without access to it knew was wrong…

I will do my best to share what I can with all of you and remain as transparent as possible.
Currently we hear the struggle of honing and were asked to prioritize gathering feedback on that topic. As you mentioned it IS alot of feedback and I’m thankful for it! So will take some time to get it all organized and to the people who need to see it.
Hopefully the people who need to see it arent the same people who decided to ignore a years worth of T3 content that came before argos that helped people get to argos. I dont really think marketing and accounts make good developers or content creators tbh.

Although I appreciate the responses from both @Roxx and @Shadow_Fox, seems like the team they are delivering players’ feedback doesn’t give one or two f.ck about it.
Yeah for real. Drop some names on who needs to be addressed through social media. Do we need to get on Cristoph Hartmann? Or maybe James Jung, or Laura Sturr? Who do these complaints have to go to to get something done. I don’t want people to be berating the devs and the community managers when we know that top down structures destroy games.
First of all why are you still here?!
Second of all Lost Ark is still developed by Smilegate.
Third of all they already changed the difficulty for the raids based on the data.
Fourth of all the developer even said that one month later they(smilegate) will release Argos.
According to a post they will adjust the roadmap based on the data they have.
Releasing to much content to fast is not really a problem. Those raids are not time limited.
For example the majority won’t do the new raids in wow on day one. The same thing happened in Lost Ark and that is so irrational. No one is complaining about the race to world first or about the WoW Token…
100% feels exactly like this. It’s extremely frustrating for the players and I’m sure the CMs feel powerless often. Large corporations ruin everything fun to squeeze every last little bit of profit out of everything instead of just being happy with success.
Games publishers give developers the money upfront to make a game . They strike up a deal with a studio (game development company) to make a game according to an agreed brief. The publisher then works closely with the game producer at the studio to make sure the game’s being made as agreed, to budget and on time.
Amazon paid smilegate to give us what we have now. Amazon ultimately has the decision on how its published in the west.
