This is not okay and i will not be shut down with “We are working on it” i paid for it spend my time to earn that gold to spend it. I want the box in my roster storage or i want my gold back. I bought the chest for the upcoming artist class i do not want or need it on my main. This is not how you treat your community your players.
Imagine i buy a gift card for steam to buy a game, the next day they tell me “oh , sorry our mistake that gift card is only for DLC’s” I’m 100% sure steam would refund or find a solution to fix the problem. !
