As title says, the leaps, shards and support honing randoms materials chests are bugged, I can’t store them on roster tab nor can I use them, it says " inventory is full " and " you cannot use or equip the item " when trying to open them.
Please help.

Hey folks! Here’s the latest info on this issue.
Please don’t ignore the fact that anyone who bought many chests and opened them all on their main character get to keep the incredible quantity of honing materials of those chests (and on one single character…), while those who didn’t open get them all removed with just a gold refund.
The value of those chests far, far outweighed what the gold cost. This just created an unfair gap that this solution does not address
