They refuse to be proactive on gathering our interest so they have an excuse to say “We don’t have enough data to make a decision”.
Yep and it’s beyond frustrating… I really wish they would stop responding with the same thing and actually just treat it with more urgency. It’s so disappointing
Ya, and that’s kind of terrible. You have people genuinely concerned with a few things for them to have their threads erased, and because surprise surprise, it’s a topic they, once again, care about and want to have a discussion, the post again, only for it to be removed again. So what, they’re bad actors now? They were kinda forced to be if they’re trying to express an opinion and their opinions keep getting nuked to oblivion. It doesn’t help.

Anyway this topic will be deleted at some point as other ones. current issue is that the current players actually playing are the ones we even with all issues enjoy the game anyway but if they lose this player base the game is over.
1.3m to 300k is ok a lot of hype and random players but the current ones are the last ones still waiting for a solution.
Some of the deleted threads are even very mild in language and negativity, they sometimes only show criticism towards AGS and/or ask for actual explanations to some of the decisions made while not really being all the demanding or anything, just honest and direct… which is what is really stupifying… Some has to wonder who the bad actor is in such cases, whether the customer trying to have their opinion/review made public or the owner doing their best to delete and bury it…

I think no one wants to halt KR from their updates at least what I got from OP. Now I feel they are outraged on the delay and the passing time the KR get the VIP treatment while we are treated like trash third world version.
We are missing roadmap, we are missing classes to be busy with, we are missing skins to play with fashion (one of the selling points of the game and its being delayed until unknown schedule), the extra mats we got now are temporary when the Naruni and Guardian event is over what will happen? New players get screwed?
Yep cause deleting threads is the only solution

I feel like this entire thread is trolling and trying to fuel whatever discontent there is in the community.
Everything this whole thread is complaining about is beating a dead horse.
'cause posting a warning to “keep the discussion on track and in accordance to TOS” first and locking it second if the breaching of ToS continues will NOT bury the whole discussion that throws a bad light on AGS. Imagine if someone from SG hired someone to check the actual feedback from players to make sure that AGS doesn’t lie to them… of course they will do their best to bury anything that could ruin their reputation in the eye of SG.

Rough and rudimentary math shows that AGS/SG are making endless poor decisions. And its killing the game at an accelerated rate.
So far the Math you have done and the data you collected as a company has done nothing but hurt you. It has failed on every end. At some point you need to start looking at True RAW data… The players that are here voicing their concerns. If that “One third of a perfect” is not enough, Step outside your own sources and do a google search, Watch some youtube videos. The data is there.

The longer players wait for class they want to main the less incentive they will feel to play the game.
It’s just sad and makes the game look bad. Who is prepared to be banned for expressing their opinion at this point ? Cause this just feels awful as someone who cares for the health for the game to see the community get rekt

Sure, some people don’t take the time to give feedback. Some people are happy that their class is in the game already so why would they give feedback? But there are plenty of threads here, on reddit. on the discord, in guild chats etc… and there is clearly a large consensus on class releases that you guys have now recognized but we have not provided any action or clarity for.
Why would you not act even if it’s 10-15k players that feel very strongly about this? You should be aiming to retain all players who enjoy the game enough to actually come on here and voice their concerns. Those folks deserve to be heard and as a business, it’s in your best interest to keep these players engaged in the game so that you can make more money in the long term. Depending purely on whales for income is a huge mistake that we see made constantly as the game will slowly be bled dry and eventually completely fizzle out.
Whales will whale regardless of the cadence but casual players will only spend if they feel invested in something and right now, there are plenty of people who are dead-set on investing in something that isn’t even in the game (but should be) and are so much more likely to burn out and leave. They might come back when their class releases, but for how long? Once they figure out how far behind they are, they’ll be even more defeated and will likely leave again for good.

I just don’t understand.
I completely understand why game content related to ilvl, new raids, etc, requires certain levels of player progression, ilvl wise.
CLASSES DO NOT. Skins don’t either!
Please, just release a roadmap with classes/skin details and tentative details on content. Most of us do want to know both, but understand why new content might change release depending on player progress!

Yup. Let them gather the data from all these so called players that don’t even bother going to any of the channels to communicate or giving feedback.
Might as well stop coming here since it feels like we are wasting our time.
We are being ignored once again. I think they are giving up more and more as time goes on.
