As the title says - paid 760 gold for crystals - it took the gold but did not give me the crystals.
Can this be looked into?, if not I will just have to suck it up.
Check your History tab at the top. It’s not a direct exchange. You post your gold and someone fills the order. If your order isn’t filled within 36 hours you get your gold back automatically. But you can also cancel at any time through the history tab. Considering that the current exchange rate is > 800 it’s likely to take a long time, if it gets filled at all.
