Bought crystals for gold and never got sent, actually getting scammed by the developers, quitting the game after this post. its actually pathetic you take money from people and cant even send of shit they paid for. absolutely unacceptable. enjoy your dying korean grindfest.

I know I placed an order where I put like 10g less per pack of crystals up and it took some time to fill so it seemed like my gold disappeared.
Look at the bottom right there should be a button for your active listings - see if there’s anything still up
i bought una daily complete from the shop. then i bought some more crystals after spending some. really doesn’t make sense i bought something, then got more of the currency needed to buy more things and I never got what i paid for
to clarify -
I spent 1100 crystals for the 50 pack daily completes.
Then I bought roughly another 1.5k crystals using gold (swallowed my 12k) and in my purchase history it says it’s already been claimed which is a lie, I don’t have the crystals now, or my gold…
Same thing happened to me, i emailed them and awaiting response

Did you look at your active listings like I said? Bottom right there should be a button that if nothing is active should say 0/10 daily listings.
When you purchase crystals it’s not always automatic cause you’re buying crystals from someone selling royal crystals for gold.
If it didn’t automatically go through you have to also click the “claim crystals” or “claim gold” buttons at the bottom right if it doesn’t show 0
Edit: that 1/10 listing is literally the order you put in for crystals waiting for someone to sell you crystals LOL

yup I literally threw away 12k gold for absolutely nothing.
Im sure u can check history tab and there should be a window below saying ongoing transaction, if theres any on going it should appear in the list
and below it shsould say transaction history and on the right it has a transaction results where u can claim ur crystals or gold back
yup I’ve gotten over 3k crystals before and never had an issue, not my first time buying crystals, just glad i didnt drop 100k. but now it doesnt matter since i wont play regardless lol
can you send a screen shot of ur history transaction then ?
i deleted that garbage and wont be going back, so not anymore unfortunately
