I haven’t been able to find out how or where to get the Trade Tool Restoration Kit recipe. Everything I’ve seen online says to buy it from the vendor in your stronghold. My stronghold is level 20, lab lvl 3, workshop lvl 3, and I do not see it for sale. How do I get this receipe?
