Well I had a weapon that I maxed with materials for upgrade and it failed a lot and ended up without materials so I left it unfinished honing to lvl15 …
So I upgraded gloves to 16lvl and got 600ilvl…
And when I finished Yorn I transfered all items except weapon it doesn’t allow me to transfer because I didn’t finish honing…
Is that a bug or a thing ?
