Your royal crystals are account wide(any server or region). resurrection feathers, and silver are available to all characters on your server. You can consume the feathers on one character and then use them on any of them because they get moved to your roster(all your characters on that server) storage
If you look at the store from any of your characters you will see your royal crystals. If you have converted any royal crystals into crystals, then those are also available to your roster.
If you go to your pet menu, and then remote storage, you have roster storage. Anything you add there is available to all characters. If you don’t have crystal aura then you’ll have to find your storage through an NPC. You’ll notice some items in my inventory aren’t able to be added to roster storage. Anything on your characters that says tradable or account bound should be able to go into roster storage. Anything that says bound is stuck on that character.
