I started after the tripod changes. My friends that started before the tripod changes all have level 5 tripods. I have failed about 32 level 5 tripod attempts in a row at a 20% rate. I understand that if I keep trying, I might get a streak of 3 or 5 successes in a row because that’s just how probability works, but it’s not fair. This is a predatory system. If this system stays this way, then the pheon cost for the amulets needs to be removed.

Did they also tell you that bis tripods were upwards of 50k gold each? Did they tell you that when you store them you can only pick one piece of gear to equip them from per slot? Did they tell you that for months people only had half their tripods done because the previous success rate was 10% to get a success? The only thing thats predatory is demanding things be changed because you dont like it
think majority didnt even have half of tripods done 
i didnt even interact with previous system and just used whatever was on the gear i got. New system is so much better
A million times better. I know that i spent hundreds of thousands of gold getting my tripods done before the update and they still werent done fully. Now its ez pz
