Hi, this is my second post after near 2 weeks of waiting, I can confirm that my steam account is not limited account as I can access all the activity (community market, trades etc).

they don’t care 1 month passed already still have the issue like a joke. check what steam said and check what their support said.

so why they ignoring it’s easy to give permission to users on database, i know how mmorpg games are work i created and manage the game database. They just don’t wanna do it guys. im thinking they created a system for auto check player status and they don’t know why people don’t have trusted status and if they give manual permission that system change the status automaticly again. Still i don’t understand if it’s main system you have to fix it asap stop blaming steam right? also why we don’t getting offical announcement that’s the another strange thing.

Hi @DevonK, my THIRD message after nearly 1 month waiting, and I’m still not able to trade, also no useful suggestion/resolution provided apart from following the link you provided many many times already.

Can you please share some insights around other player’s status - whether their status has been changed and updated as yet? As Steam is firmly confirming that my account status is fine, can you please share what investigation your team has gone through and whether our status is fine from your end? It seems like we never got any confirmation/updates after posting our details here, hence we can only rely on the information that Steam provided to us - Lost Ark has to do further investigation and fix this issue for us.

We understand the purpose for Lost Ark to have such restriction and we are happy to support, however this should not affect the normal players, or if you need us to spend certain amount in the game please also let us know.
