I never thought that a simple and necessary function, which is to send e-mail within the game, which works in countless games, which could have been done based on competitors’ systems, would give us game users so much headache. . I feel like for Amazon and Smile Gate, we gamers are just for the suckers and I don’t see any concerns about respect and care. You guys did this shit to try to stop the bots, it reduced the number of bots, which was scrotum, but it didn’t stop their functioning and something simple, of use by the community lost its usefulness. I was even able to send an email before this damn update, but the “Trusted Status” doesn’t allow me to perform this simple service in the game anymore. I contacted Steam, they informed that it is the responsibility of Amazon Games Studios. I contacted the Amazon Games Studios forum and the moderator informed us that they don’t give a damn about us users, and that we should wait seated and nothing will be done and wished “Cheers!”. I submitted a ticket to Amazon Games Studios and it got lost in limbo as I never received a response. What’s funny is that the numbers in the game decrease every day and the 2 companies don’t care, the only thing that matters is profit. I’ve played some MMORPG games and it seems that the same mistake always happens in everyone, Lost Ark came with a promise to be different, but, it hasn’t changed anything, it’s just more of the same. Players are ignored and bureaucracy takes over, because what matters is profits. I think it’s incredible that giant companies like Microsoft and Tencent, woke up to reality and today treats their users in a more respectful and attentive way, because they are the ones who make their games make a profit. I hope the game changes before I lose the will to play, something that is very close to happening.

imagine you playing game months getting your t3 characters after that, game updating and blocking your trade function because of your 999999 days before vac ban. Sounds not fair to me, even they do this block on game start, you start it on new steam account right. but after months and you have really good progress on game you can’t switch your steam account. If they don’t fix this i will give a option for all this users by reporting the game to steam as a “doesn’t work correctly”.

That’s the thing. It’s not blocked bcs of vac. Vac only prevents you from trading in the specified game. Let’s say you got banned in csgo. You can’t trade anymore stuff of csgo on that account, BUT you are allowed to trade in ALL other games.

It’s the biggest bs I’ve ever seen, 10ys old steam account, purchased games, never VAC, and I’m unable to send damn ability stone from my main to my alt… Steam blames Amazon and vice versa, noone gives a **** to fix this.

@DevonK What the heck is going on? Why are there no updates? There are clearly countless people who haven’t been helped and are not receiving a fix from steam or from AGS… This has been a recurring issue for months which should be a simple fix and simple mechanic we players deserve to have to mail …

I encounter the very same issue, without any solutions so far.
I have send some assistance request to lost ark and steam customer services since march. Steam answered confirmed that my account present no restrictions, and I was indicated to get back in touch with your service. The answers that I have received from your customer service indicates that i have to get in touch with steam CS.
I am a bit disapointed at that point, we are in june, the issue is not fixed yet… I have faced no issue in game with lost ark, or other games ( no banned, no language report…), but my account is not trusted.

I may try to spend some money on the cash shop, and let’s hope it may fix the issue.

In game there are still a lot of bots… your system is inefficient. It is a problem for legit users mostly. We cannot even send items to our alts.

Let’s hope you will find a solution.

Why is LostArk doing this to players but not adressing T1 trash items selling for hundreds of thousands of gold on the marketplace. Most RMTer/Bots just have a player list an item at stupid high price and the Bot/RmT supplier tells their customer list an item for 200k gold that you bought from their illegal website and the bot/RmTer buys it thereby transfering the money without giving up their in game identity. Its simple to find out who is selling the gold. Just look for who is buying t1/2/3 garbage for 200k lol and you got your guy
