They never help to solve this issue. I fixed it by myself… I tried to buy one $9.99 Crystalline Aura, and my acct can trade after 2-3 days.

Hey guys I have a little update.
So the account I used Lost Ark on was fresh one. I bought some random game on this account 23 days ago but not luck.
3 days ago I purchased 1k Royal Crystals(didn’t spend them yet) and I think it was the trigger to a fix as I’ve heard some other people also got unlocked after 2-3 days of doing in-game LA purchase.
Hopefuly you will get it fixed for you aswell soon.

I just now got you are not trusted box when I tried to trade with my hubby. I am verified with Steam been a member for years and have purchased many things. My hubby is fine he can trade with me the untrustworthy person but I can not give him anything. What makes this come into play we just traded yesterday? I have 2 step verification. I have a card on file. I have money in my wallet. So exactly what do I need to do to play this game with all the functions again?

for those of you that still didnt get the “trusted” yet , you guys need to buy some RC in-game (can just buy the cheapest one) to get it . it will not give you that status (even if you have older account) if you buy games on steam or just topping up the wallet
from the replies above some people actually paid money ingame and didn’t get the trusted status
My thought on this is be it steam , Amazon, Smilegate or whomever someone should be able to switch the switch on peoples accounts to make it all work again once they have went through all their steps. There has to be some checkpoint in the data on my account that has been put in place.
They also said to do 2 step verification and within 4 hrs you should be good to go. ummm no that also is not correct for I have had 2 step verification since it was introduced in Steam.
I will try the purchase in game to see if it works. I just have not bought anything yet for there is nothing in there that I have needed. I will leave an update later.
