Lots of ppl include me had the steam account for a long time, had purchased games, etc and enabled steam guard 2-step authentication, but still got this restriction impose on us.
I must admit that Iām f2p player without buying founder pack and royal crystal packages, this weekās patch put ppl like me to untrusted status. My friend who is similar situation (had account for a long time and enabled steam guard 2-step authentication) donāt have this restriction. The only difference I found is that he is an amazon prime member. So this become obvious that since we havenāt pay amazon and so our account is not trusted.

The original post stating that āif youāre not already trusted in Lost Arkā but youāre trusted in Steam, you require mobile authentication.
Is anyone already trusted in Lost Ark, before the implementation of the mobile authentication system?
Will this be a requirement later on, to play Lost Ark?
Iāve spent more than Iād like to share publicly through Steam, in your shop (money well spent!), and want to know if Iāll need to bother with mobile authentication or not, since it seems like quite a few users are having issues.

Making harder for legit people to play while bots invade us.
Imagine having to deal with 3 different companies while playing this game. Amazon, Valve (Steam) and Smilegate.

1 month+ and Iām not trusted! What I need to be trusted in this game? I give the screenshot for u that I buy things. Give me the trusted. Iāll quit this fucking game without trusted. I canāt do nothing, canāt help friends, use all my pheons because canāt use tradeā¦ U will protect ur game of bots or real players???

your service is still not working. are advertising in the game to perform 2FA and this is not solving anything. You are making players give up on this damn game while using the argument that āwe are working to solve bot problemsā and the bots remain exactly the same. just say you need to spend several dollars to get the trustā¦
Iāve already completed all the requirements you ask for to get trusted status and absolutely nothing has changed
and still there are many legit players who have no phone or want no phone and cannot setup mobile Authentication cuz of it they have Steam Guard per email and when this system screws over my trusted status i currently have ingame after spending several hundret bucks and i get restrictions then personally iam just done with the game and will stop playing it iam not going to buy a phone for lost ark period.
