i contact with steam and he say my account is trusted and i dont have market in lost ark

Steam Support confirmed my account trusted ( not limited.) and it’s been a month and i still haven’t been trusted.


For everyone asking.

You need to spend $10 in Lost Ark’s cashop and after that you need to wait another 3 days for the system to process and make your account trusted.

Free to Play…my ass, you can’t play an online game without the auction house.
It’s false advertising and Amazon should be fined for misleading consumers, especially after customer support gives wrongful information on top of that and/or equally clueless.

Anyway that’s the process that worked for others, that is the process that worked for a roommate. The other methods didn’t work and it just nonsense at this point.

So disrespectful answers…
I even dedicated time to write a long post about it and received the same scripted answers.

They don’t let us get trusted for month and then nerf gold so when we can use AH we have no gold for it…
And no without buying ACC on the first place, can’t do raids to get gold before that dumb change.

AGS Disrespecting us and just making a joke of us

they really don’t care, I am 2 months without getting trusted, I spent 5€ on steam in january and set up the authenticator, apparently you need to buy royal crystals otherwise you have to wait 90+ days

Sad they do not even care…
they screw new players in the worst ways possible
and don’t even bother giving us a human answer

Why isn’t there a petition or talk of making this a legal matter since it’s consumer/customer relationship. They are about to dig themselves a grave if this continues. Maybe they are trying their best to improve (doesn’t look like it) but I’m frustrated as well. If I could read, speak Korean I’d be playing the KR version of the game.

I’ve worked in the software development and software support industry for almost 20 years and never seen anything as one sided as this where it comes to AGS handling its customers.

Did you know the first 1-3 months of release you could open tickets and make phone calls to talk to someone and there was live chat? Then later it was all removed and even Email options. So we can only post on a forum for support related issues?!?!

Where I work has a ~92-98% customer satisfaction rating because we do support waaaaaaaay different than this.

Aren’t we paying customers the moment we invest actual $$$ into the game? It’s beyond me now with how SG/AGS is operating.

Hi DevonK I just play Lost Ark for a few week. I saw some skin in market and I want to buy them so much, so I tried to buy them but the system said “I don’t have trustes status yet”. My friend told me to purchase some crystal and check my steam guard. However it still not work pls help me TT.

From what I read it takes up to 72 hours after buying crystals, however if you just enabled mobile authenticator it may take up to ~25 days. it is very inconsistent and dumb system

Same Issue here. Spend more than enough money on steam and can’t trade ingame. Did buy some Crystals (and the Ark pass) and still not trusted…
