Trusted Account Status for not able to send attachments

Hi there,

I believe not only myself, but also other players are sharing their experience around Trusted Accoount Status issue in the forum but seems like we never received any solutions after posting our concerns and details here.

Is there anyone can really look into this issue for us please? This issue is lasting nearly 1 month for me now and I’ve seen other players waited more than 1 month still not able to send attachments. We were always asked to follow the Trusted Account Status posted by Steam, but majority of us confirmed with Steam team, and they are confirming back that our status is Trusted from their end by the time we first raised this issue.

Can anyone communicate with Tech team for this issue please, this is really affecting the game experience.
